Are you actually open 24 hours?
Yes, including all holidays. Our doors do not close. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No need to call and check. We will be open! We did not close during COVID. Clean laundry is an essential service.
Are you open on Christmas, New Years, and other holidays?
Yes. We are always open 24 hours. We do not shut down for cleaning so bear with us if we are mopping and so forth with customers present. We do not shut down for any holidays either.
Can I charge my phone?
Yes, we have USB accessible plugs and outlets.
Can I leave my stuff at laundromat?
Do Not Leave Clothes Unattended After Washing/Drying Cycle. No one wants to be that person who has their clothes removed from the machine if they are left unattended. Proper laundromat etiquette is simply setting a timer on your phone for your load's cycle. Laundromat cycles typically last 20-40 minutes.
Can I wash my comforter at a laundromat?
Yes. We have very large machines for this purpose, 40, 60, and 80 pounders. A typical home machine will breakdown faster if you overload them with large loads.
Do you charge more to use your Laundry Lockers?
No. It is just the price of the bag size, no additional charge.
Do you except Credit Cards?
Yes. We have a kiosk that can start any machine using most major credit cards. We also have a mobile app that does the same and duel coin changers that excepts $1, $5, $10, and $20.
Do you have high speed WIFI?
Yes. SSID is stuffabag. Password is önanddone. The wifi is fast and free but please do not try to do anything illegal such as downloading copyrighted material. You will get in trouble for this.
Do you have self-service?
YES. It is far batter and cheaper to do your own laundry. Using our laundromat is it is also much faster than doing it at home! We have large machines to handle your comforters. Wash them here and avoid costly home repairs!
Do you sell laundry bags?
Yes. We have large nylon bags, 30x40 and other sizes when we are able to stock them. Prices range from $10 dollars and up.
Do you sell laundry detergents?
Yes we have a 11 slot soap machine with bleach, softener, stain removers, dryer sheets, bags, etc. We also have a snack vending machine that sells soap products. We prefer customers to use pods. We have a mechanical vending machine that dispenses the pods in a recycled capsule. The recycle shoot is located behind washer 1.
How do to do laundry properly?
1. Read the Labels. Check the care labels on your garments and linens.
2. Sort. Start by sorting the laundry by color
3. Sort Again. Sort each pile one more time by type of fabric.
4. Use only HE detergents. Preferably laundry sheets as they have minimal packaging and no mess. Place them always with the clothes.
5. Use cold/warm unless using Bleach. Bleach needs heat to properly activate.
6. Load the Washer.
7. Make sure the door is closed.
8. Make payment with options matching those on the machine.
9. Set your phone timer to the time remaining on the washer.
10. Remove your clothes and place in Dryer, again sort by fabric type. Be sure to manually spin the tumbler and check for any clothes stuck to the sides.

How long do your Dryers take?
Less than 30 minutes. However, depending on the clothes type and pounds it can dry significantly faster. Our dryers work much better than most because we change the lint out daily and keep the vents clean and machines precisely tuned. Our new dryers auto reverse and have a separate blower motor that greatly increases the airflow thus drying the clothes much faster with less damage to the fibers. It is important to keep an eye on the clothes throughout the drying to prevent over drying. Over drying can cause some clothes type to wrinkle.
How long do your washers take?
We have brand new Wascomat washers that take only 18 minutes on quick wash for 30 or 60 lbs of clothes. If extra rinse and heavy soil (longer soak cycle) options are selected then it may take over 30 minutes to complete but is worth the wait. Our continental washers are express washers and take only 19 minutes for cold, warm, or hot. Superwash that has a longer soak cycle still only take 22 minutes!

How much is a full load of laundry?
You have a medium or regular load if the drum is around half full, for a large load you'll have to fill it until three-quarters full, and if you have even more laundry to do, fill it up until you can fit your palm between the wall of the drum and your clothes.
I have my own washer and dryer why should I go to your laundromat?
Our machines are commercial grade and wash and dry much better. Your clothes will get much cleaner and dry safer (less risk of damage from over heating). Our machines spin at up to 350G, home machines do not go anywhere close to that. Our machines dry with extra air flow and out reversing tumblers to they rotate the clothes. Our machines are also much faster, just 18 minutes on quick wash cycles. If you have a large amount of clothes you can load up our machines and get done considerably faster. You are saving on your equipment cost, water cost, and energy cost which might be more than what you are paying by going to our laundromat. The best reason is life is short and laundromats get it done faster and can save you countless hours of your life that you cannot get back.
Is it cheaper to use coin laundry?
Without a doubt it is cheaper. The average cost per load at the laundromat is around $3-4. And the average cost per load at home is about $2-3 but this does not add in the cost of buying and maintaining your washer and dryer. The cost today of a good washer and dryer is about $1,000 to $1,400 or more and they are not as reliable as they once were.
What are your prices?
Prices range from $3.00 for 20 pounds of clothes to $9.75 for 75 pounds of clothes as of 1/12/2022. Obviously, prices are subject to change given inflation and market factors.
What detergents do you sell that are better for the environment?
We are a wholesale licensed seller of TruEarth. TruEarth makes laundry sheets that are basically soap with no water like dry ice. It is better for the environment because it costs much less to transport and there is much less packaging to waste!

What goes in the WDF bag?
Pretty much any clothes. Purchase one of ours with your order or use a plastic bag or such of your own. We will size it up with one of our own.
What is the best day to go to the laundromat?
If you want to beat the rush, arrive early in the morning, 24 hour laundromats will typically always have customers but the AM hours are the least busy. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the slowest days of the week, followed by Thursdays. Sundays are by far the busiest!
What is the best way to wash and dry my clothes?
Using our Wash and Fold service is your best option. We use the best american made detergent, non bleach and color safe whitener, and softener products available (not Tide!). We match your clothes to the correct cycle and dry them precisely as needed preventing over drying. We then expertly fold them. Ask our attendant for assistance if you want to DIY.
What is the water tempreture for Quick Wash?
Cold. 17 minutes run time.
What is your largest Dryers?
We have 4 large 50 pound capacity dryers that feature an extra blower motor and auto revering drums for faster safer drying with anti-wrinkling.
What is your largest machines?
We have 2 large 75 pound washers and 2 large 60 pound washers.
When will my card be debited after placing an order?
It will not be debited until your laundry is cleaned, folded, and weighted just prior to delivery.
Why do people go to coin laundry?
Laundromats save you utility costs. Laundromats use commercial laundry equipment designed to handle large volumes of laundry quickly. Laundering machines in laundromats are typically energy-efficient, saving you money on utility costs at home. You do not need to use as much laundry detergent at a laundromat.
Why do you sell laundry sheets?
For the same reason we sell wool balls (see FAQ). Dryer sheets are more stable then either liquid or powder and thus clean better. They do not leave a mess and are simply placed with the clothes. The first cycle is always a cleaning cycle so the soap will get washed out of your clothes and not leave a residue which it typical of other options. It is also sized perfectly for 11 pounds of clothes so there is not guessing or waste. Being dry and light they are more cost effective to ship and use no harmful plastics!
Why do you sell Wool Balls?
Wool balls are an environmental safe option to reduce the use of softener and dryer sheet. Using around 3 or 4 balls in the dryers works to reduce wrinkles, soften naturally, and reduce static. They can be reused up to 1000 times. The use of the wool helps our sheep farmers and eliminates harmful chemicals and plastics from our environment.
Why should I go to your laundromat?
Stuff-a-bag is a 24 hour operation. You do not have to worry about getting locked out! EVER! We have the fastest and cleanest washers and dryers around. Just 18 minutes to wash and 12 minutes to dry most light loads! Our water is hot, our dryers are hot, and our location is hot! Great food all around us or waffles and coffee out in front also 24/7!
